The following are the terms of business under which James operates and transactions with James shall be subject to and only in accordance with these terms.

As Sole Beneficiary and Executor of the Trust of James JONES, James has the sole prerogative to decide if and when and under what conditions James JONES enters into commerce.
Certain assurances were given to Inspector Stephen Mastrovich, New Zealand Police, Wanganui regarding commercial activity being conducted by James JONES and those assurances are guaranteed by the word of James.
Forgiveness is a Common Law remedy and James may elect to forgive a debt claimed against the Trust James JONES.
The Crown Corporation Of New Zealand Incorporated, as Trustee of the Trust of James JONES is liable for debt incurred by James JONES. Claim against James JONES should be addressed to;

All correspondence conducted with James is to be in The Private – Man to Man; under full commercial and private liability and be sealed by a Mark of Nature [Signature]. Other correspondence is INFORMAL and of no lawful standing.
Should the Crown Corporation of New Zealand Incorporated [hereinafter The Crown], or any Person acting under title of Office or assumed authority of the Crown or any department or agency thereof, present an Order or a Demand of James, such Order or Demand has a commercial value for compliance.
The Commercial Value is set out, for the time being, as stated in items 76 and 77 of the Claim Of Right of James as;
76. The right to establish for me or anyone under my care a FEE SCHEDULE for any transgression(s) against me, my family or anyone under my care that is or are perpetrated by peace officers, government principals, agents or justice system participants, those fees being FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00) PER HOUR or portion thereof if being questioned, interrogated or in any way detained, harassed or otherwise regulated, and ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00) PER HOUR if handcuffed, transported, incarcerated or subjected to any adjudication process without my express written and Notarized consent, and a minimum of ONE MILLION DOLLARS($1 000 000.00) for any violence brought against me, my family or anyone under my care, and TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10 000.00) PER DAY if any personal property is being taken away from me without my express written and Notarized consent, and;
77. The right to choose a lawful method of payment upon demand, and;
The Lawful method of payment shall be bullion – equivalent value in either Fine Silver or 24gt Gold. By agreement only, promissory notes, called Bank Notes may be exchanged as payment.
Demands for payments must be accompanied by the Original Contract with the Mark of Nature of James affixed.
A security exists between James and anyone (Person or Man) who enter into any type of relationship with James or in any situation that requires James to pay or perform.
A Security Interest [PPSR] may be registered by James on any debt or interest in Property that James has.
Personal Property of James, Claimed as of Right, is not negotiable.
